I visited the Azrieli Tel Aviv store today to exchange a birthday gift purchased at Big Glilot – a necklace and bracelet, both in original packaging with valid exchange receipts. Unfortunately, the store manager, Anastasia, was extremely rude and dismissive. She immediately accused me of tampering with the packaging, mocked me in front of others, and treated me as if she were doing me a favor by even considering the exchange. It was humiliating. I’ve been a loyal customer of your brand for years and have always appreciated the service and quality. That’s why this experience was so disappointing. I would truly appreciate a response from someone in charge, and a proper apology from Anastasia. I hope your brand continues to value its customers — especially after the sale.
